Good result tonight. Think we needed that. Few signings on top of that before the season and the overall feeling will change. Still very concerned with how things are going but tonight’s a start.
Fingers crossed we get this deal over the line. Sounds ideal for what we need

I had a message, this morning, that we could have one announcement in the morning.
Didn't have the time, or inclination, to ask follow up questions as Mrs Smug was being discharged from hospital.
And I've had a definite message, from a lad on here, about a player who's already signed.
As we've had people at the club, all day, I suppose it's likely deals have been struck.
I'm keeping out of it all, these days, but I think it's getting interesting.

If ppl could see the changes at the academy and the SOL then they would know what investment is happening. It’s getting built from the ground up, make no mistake thought, they know exactly how important the signings are before the window and it is happening.
