He’s put in the Dale thread but with Bob that’s no guarantee it’s Dale. Good player who scores goals but it feels like we need a central forward more than a right sided one.

To be fair to him (can’t believe I’m saying this) it’s not “the Owen Dale thread”. It’s a thread called “Player having medical”. So can see why a dimwit might have got confused.
Guess we have to wait and see. If a player was having a medical last night or this morning and has agreed to join I can’t not see it leaking out in the next few hours.

If we signed Dale it’s game over for Diamond mind. I’d say we need left side competition more. But agree we need raw pace up front. Stewart is no slouch mind but someone who scares/ turns defenders would be great to add. Bob has said he doesn’t know who.
Would suggest a loan for Diamond if we sign a right forward, no good having him stagnate as an unused sub.
I'm not convinced Diamond is good enough to be first choice RW for a team wanting to reach automatic spots. Reasonably quick but very limited. Happy to have him off the bench but I think we need a pacey striker to complement Stewart and a pacey RW as first choice.
I wouldn't say no to a pacey LW either mind, but that's probably being greedy
What about a regularly used sub?
I’d be okay with that at this stage of his development but if we sign Dale for example he’d be up against him and Gooch for that position and I don’t see him getting ahead of either at the moment.
