I enjoyed it.
It's not the final package but if theres genuine prizes on offer then I think we can see a lot of benefit from sprint races.
It was quite a good little race, I'd be a bit worried for the race that say Vettel just couldnt get by and neither could sainz.
But the blistering was massive so it'll be a big info point for the teams and I reckon a lot might go hard compound at the start here.
As a concept I think it is nearly there. I would give a third of the final race points to the concept as I think the race has too many points now anyway.
However I think the friday, saturday, sunday aspect needs to be resolved. Quali is an event of it's own. If you are only qualifying to then sprint to change that order I am not sure it works. They will have to think on it, i dont know what the solution is though.

Drive through is far worse than a 10second.
It was a penalty as he was never making the corner. He was always going to slide out and in the end neither man was giving it up but hamilton was the guy on the worse ground slightly behind.
Further its clear verstappen gave him about 1m space once he saw him then turned in assuming hamilton knew he couldnt make it.
At this point of the race bottas will be told to get out of the way and like the 2nd drive closer he is he will.

**** knows what RB were thinking with Perez. Didn't compete the sprint so only car able to setup purely for the race, did so with hard compounds tyres suggesting they were going for one stop but then pits first. No ****ing idea.
I really dont know what they were at tbh. The car didnt seem capable of passing gasly and he just plain stopped dead there and they then short stopped him to get passed but they messed it up and then stopped him again.
I was less than impressed with his progression through the field at each occasion so I can only assume their set up was rubbish as he should have sailed by gasly and raikkonen
Think there is going to be much lower gains for GB at the Olympics this time round.
