What's the got to do with it? He played on ( as every player should until they hear the whistle ) but it was a piss poor touch that gave their keeper ( who also played on ) the chance to come out and try to claim the ball. The fact he was offside has sod all to do with it.... He didn't purposely have a poor touch because he knew he was offside

When he took his poor touch he was looking over his shoulder at the linesman.
 
So far, (23 mins) an enjoyable game of football to watch.
Might be tempted to trade that for it to become a shot slog and we win 1-0.

There's the problem then... Weather you think your off or not play the whistle and just put the ball in the back of the net, if your flagged offside then you lose nothing, if your not then you've got a goal. It's a absolutely basic thing for a Pro....
