There’s a judicial review over a number of them in May which is being brought by crowd funded lawyers. That the Govt tried to silence by putting forward their legal costs at £1m, which would have made the case untenable, as the lawyers bringing the case, would be potentially liable for those costs should judgement go against, so they couldn’t bring the case. Only they went back to the court and questioned the figures and the High Court has lowered the total the Govt can put forward at a max of £250k. So the case now goes ahead.
