I am not really a fan of cauliflower, but I will admit having it roasted was really quite nice.
I can’t decide whether that strange combo looks interesting or whether it offends me with its sheer randomness.
It was a recipe my wife watched on some cooking programme, glad she did bloody lovely.

The beetroot was the steak. Can’t be truly explained without tasting it.

if I ever see beetroot then could be tempted to give it a go then.
Skinned and gutted a grouse once. I bust open the crop, one of the most disgusting smells ever.

Off course mate. Everything.
So I shredded the duck once cooled.
Chopped up an onion and some peppers. Hoyer them into garlic butter for about 2 minutes. Hoyer in some hoi sin sauce.

When finished hoy into a bowl, add more hoi sin.. leave to make wraps
