Roasted cauliflower mixed in with a cheese sauce on a baked potato with breaded ham and beetroot on the side.

 

That looks nice. Does roasting the cauliflower make it edible?

 

I am not really a fan of cauliflower, but I will admit having it roasted was really quite nice.

 

Strange combo, but love some cauliflower cheese. That one looks good

I can’t decide whether that strange combo looks interesting or whether it offends me with its sheer randomness.

 

It was a recipe my wife watched on some cooking programme, glad she did bloody lovely.

 

Beetroot was pickled yeah?

I had beetroot steak at Tommy Banks restaurant once, was boss tbf.

 

Spicy prawn noodles, bit if a fave of mine.

 

Cool, did you do all the butchering yourself? Did it once with a pheasant can't say it was fun.

The beetroot was the steak. Can’t be truly explained without tasting it.

 

had a cauliflower steak before, was good.

if I ever see beetroot then could be tempted to give it a go then.

 

Skinned and gutted a grouse once. I bust open the crop, one of the most disgusting smells ever.

 

If you fancy treating the Mrs once this ****e is all over, it’s the Black Swan at Oldstead, lovely spot as well.

So I shredded the duck once cooled.

Chopped up an onion and some peppers. Hoyer them into garlic butter for about 2 minutes. Hoyer in some hoi sin sauce.





When finished hoy into a bowl, add more hoi sin.. leave to make wraps
