I must apologise but I had a quick look before for some strange reason, when I saw his stupid comments I had to tell him he was full off **** and thick as ****.
I try not to be abusive to anyone just seems to happen when I go on there.

I've stopped looking at the smb takeover thread tbh, if anything happens it's posted on the one here which is a lot easier to keep up with and generally a lot better crack. Just too many WUM types on there, desperate to be heard
Never seizes to amaze me just how many negative, miserable ****ers get on there. You lose the will to live if you read the drivel that gets posted.
I only go on for self entertainment now, don't post just look. There's still some good posters, heavily outnumbered by simpletons now though. There's absolutely no way some of the bollocks spouting muppets on there are Sunderland supporters.
Anyone who posts negative shyte and ends with 'but no one would be happier than me to be proved wrong' is lying.
The Kittens type of poster does this but, when they actually are proved wrong, don't happily get on with supporting the club they claim to love ...

The 'realists' were great fun during our 10 PL years.
Every year they'd say we were doomed and people who disagreed were fanasists.
They thought they were realists despite the reality proving them totally wrong.

I see that Kildare mackem is still posting illiterate gibberish over there. Seriously, what adult would claim his illiteracy was down to relaxation because his daytime job involved keying in legible text to respondents. I still reckon it's Methven displaying his total disregard, disrespect and downright nonchalance for ( in his view ) the massed ranks of red and white simpletons.

I swerved the place for a couple of months until the Takeover was announced - that seemed to calm things down, but a few weeks later the anger has returned and the whole "takeover is off" narrative has returned
There are good posters and knowledgable posters on there but there seems to be more really ranty negative know it all’s who love to be proved right when things go wrong. I’m always disappointed when managers or players don't cut it. Many on there revel in it. On here the football discussion is much more balanced though there are small number of fascists on here. Maybe there are on RTG I just don’t engage in the politics forum.
Said it before, and I'll say it again - there are plenty on RTG who would rather be right than be happy
There are certain stand out 'Sunderland supporters' who are never on the match thread after we've won ...
... but posting as soon as the ref sounds the final whistle if we've lost.
Aye, that's the type I mean when I say I hate people who are just made up personas. Some people will naturally be negative, but if something really good happens you can tell they're delighted, they chat about it. On there some seem to think that they have to always play up to the negative persona they've created like some sort of SMB Simon Cowell, when in reality no one gives a ****. I'll have times where I sound a bit down and negative about things, but give any reason to have a shred of hope and I'll cling to it, like the vast majority of normal football supporters!
