I've just had a bit of great news, which I can't post yet, so looked on this forum to see if anyone has corroborated it.
They hadn't so I looked on the RTG takeover thread ....

Dear god man the kid is only starting to make his way in the game having broken through in and around the first team and you get people asking if he's good or ****e.
Some of our supposed supporters are absolute ****ing clueless gormless muppets. No wonder I don't post on there anymore it's shocking
The reality is that he's obviously got some real potential and as a young lad will have just as many good games as bad in his first few seasons
How any sane person can judge a young lad on a his first real season in a safc shirt never mind a few games is disgusting

Honestly mate the best thing that happened to me in recent times was getting my account disabled by the mods as it's turned to absolute ****ing dross
A big percentage on there haven't been to the Sol for years and probably only go when they get a freebie and a big chunk are embarrassing mag simpletons who get away with murder from the mods

This is a safc football forum discussing everything safc. So yes my point in the thread is that supposed safc fans whichever platform they chose to post on whether it's social media or football forums asking if a young player is good or ****e after only making his way in the game is absolutely embarrassing
Without commenting on the other forum, I've mentioned before that I've been down to Hetton with the bairn to watch the rezzies a fair few times (in the pissing rain and freezing cold! 
) and Diamond has always stood out to me in terms of being something 'different' to what we already have. And he was playing in the same team as Mumba and Benji who both looked average. Diamond has pace and is direct, he will he inconsistent, as all young players are, but the loan to Harrogate looks to have brought him on another level or two.

Are you knee jerk were if someone plays well one week you say he's class and if he plays poor the next week you say he's ****e
Or are you a realist who thinks that footballers are human and sometimes play well and other times play poor
Definitely, some will burst onto the scene like Rooney at 16 and miss out u21s all together. Others will be like Vardy and graft to get to the top (not that Rooney didn't graft). I think of myself as a bit of a realist, things off the pitch will affect the players form, it's got too, just like it effects everyone else in their jobs.
It’s down to the mods to take control of things like that though but all they care about is traffic on there unfortunately. They would rather ban decent informative posters than the WUM’s who are bringing them the clicks.
