I think the sd is done and dusted and both him (whoever it is) and poyet have each other’s principals in place before he is announced then I think it could really be the start of the real gus bus.
No mate they’ll look for negatives, horrible twats, what a **** way to go through life man. Caution is good, permanent negativity must be soul destroying, I’d end it all if I couldn’t find the plus points of a crap manager being sacked while a young enthusiastic billionaire was looking to takeover the club.
Poyet’s return will make me livid about the Ethan Robson and Bali Mumba departures mind. Both, especially Robson, would have suited him to the ground. I reckon he’d have build the team around Ethan.
I hope so, but my interpretation of something @Prehab26 posted last night was that the SD wasn’t quite done. Hopefully I read that wrong
With the best will in the world, it's impossible to be right all the time. A, things change, and fast, B, you're at the mercy of the people informing you. Easy to keep info to yourself, but good to share. Most reasonable people like hearing the bits of info and accept that it can't always be right
Not really. Some of us have just had enough of the drivvel posted over there and just want a place to discuss SAFC stuff without every thread turning into a slagging competition about how much they REEEALLLLLY hate 'fatty' or 'salmon trousers'. People are posting their whinge there, then posting the same whinge here to try and illicit the same response. That's proper bairn behaviour.
Agree on Mumba but not robson, I think we need to build the team around embleton. Much the same way Spurs did with hoddle he could be ours, let the other team worry about our star player
Sounds like the odds were 1.83 (hope not because that seems very low odds mind). Basically with decimal odds you multiply the amount you put on by the odds and that's the total amount you get back including your stake. So in this case you win $83. Still canny enough like!
Seen very little whinging on here to be honest, only whinging seems to be from uber positive posters whinging about whinging posters on RTG
Aye, discussion, disagreements are all part of day to day life, it’s healthy in fact as sometimes it changes your own mind on a subject. But they seem to hunt in packs knowing for a fact their arses would drop out face to face.
To be fair to Gareth, he was asked what Methven had influenced since his resignation from safc board and he did point out the not so small matter of helping to appoint the CEO. So I'd argue that his statement has somewhat stood up to scrutiny.
