These streams are priced as though they're the absolute best of the best. You pay more per game than you do for Sky Sports, which actually is a top-end service. Clearly the EFL/club stream providers aren't spending the money Sky spend on producing these streams, they're done very cheap and basic. That's fair enough, but the price should be about a quarter of what it is to reflect that. Sadly they've got a captive audience of people wanting to watch their own team so we're all just paying up.
I'm guessing (long time since we had pets), but a tenner could possibly feed a medium sized dog or 2 cats for a week. Anyone wanna buy a second-hand generator ? Taking advantage of a disaster seems to be the theme !
Regardless of how they do it or why it's a tenner and not five or twenty it should still work. And yesterday it didn't. I ended up watching with the commentary turned off.
And i guess for the relatively small number that sign up the income generated is neither here nor there the club could have given it away for free, doing something good for their fans, that would be nice.
I'm not sure if it's within the club's gift to change the pricing. Isn't it £10 at every club? Which suggests EFL set it. Either way, it's crazy expensive for how basic and unreliable it is.
£80 is a fair amount to pay out in a month. You would expect a little bit of quality. There isnt even any pre- match stuff.
What about people like me who are owed money from the 6 match saver membership pass? Bloody glad I didn't go for the 12 match saver option.
Must be the head wind ? Speed of light vs speed of sound. Switch places with the tele/monitor might solve the problem
