I don’t think they should make a special case of this just because he is a professional footballer.
Do like they would do with anyone else fighting at the game and give him a 3 year stadium ban. He should also be made to report to a police station any time Spurs are playing and hand his passport in whenever they or England are playing in Europe.

So the real reason why Eric Dier lost the plot and attacked his own fans is finally revealed
So I doubt the fan recognised Dier's brother and started abusing him
I wouldnt recognise one of Chelsea's players' brothers from Adam.
More likely the fan was abusing Dier, unknowingly, Dier's brother was within ear shot and was like "Oi ya ****, thats my brother" and an altercation started.
Dier saw his brother having a punch up in the stands and run into the crowd to help him.
I can understand it I guess, but its still ****ing hilarious, and he will get shafted because of it
