The teams last met late last November with the Whites stealing the show with this solitary yet stunning goal, orchestrated and finished by Harrison. Marcelo Bielsa may be forced to make his first forced change of the season between the sticks. Kiko Casilla has been answering a racism charge dating back to last September against Charlton. We should expect to hear the outcome by Thursday afternoon. If found guilty, the Spaniard faces a minimum six game ban. French U20 International Illan Meslier stands by to make his league debut. Under pressure striker Patrick Bamford looks certain to retain his starting position due mainly to Bielsa's reluctance to change a starting line up unless he has to.
I’m really looking forward to my return to Elland Road. I will be in the East Stand for this one with my lady friend from LA. C’mon Leeds and let’s maintain my 100% win record for games I have attended there.
I read earlier today Reading have seven first team players out injured. I’m expecting a win but I’ll not take it for granted.
Just popped over to the Reading board. Well worth a visit lads. Some great discussions going on over there
Small point, but if Kiko is found guilty, I have no doubt that an appeal will be lodged immediately, allowing him to play (if selected by Bielsa).
Lady friend, you do know that WJ is a bloke, don't be fooled by that skirt he wears. Have a good day Jonny
Well if it's not on his neck, you'd be right..........oh forget it, it's the best I can do for this hour. Reading are a side I hated watching us play against, especially when Stam was there. I think there style may have changed since then though. It's all about the first goal though.
You think that’s bad? There’s an international break shortly for our eagerly anticipated euro play offs
I think it might be in exactly the same place that it is now. Which is not a good place, that place being Howlersville.
I got a good feeling about this game. Theres no way that Kiko or Meslier can continue to make mistakes. White and Cooper will nullify their infrequent attacks. Dallas and Ayling will push their wingers back. Phillips will dominate yet again and the little magicians Klich and Hernandez will create so many chances. Harrison and Costa will have too much pace and trickery down the wings. Bamford, by law of averages, has to score soon. We will dominate posession, play like Brazil, have 30 shots at goal and 15 corners. Reading won't get a sniff. It will be like watching men vs boys. The Elland road crowd will urge the team on giving the team an even bigger advantage. It's a game we cannot lose. Reading will never play a more one sided game again. I foresee everything going our way. We'll smash em 1-0!
