If we win Sat and or Tue Then the kids win on Thu Then how many fit players could we play on Sun poss Welbeck and hughes back for thu or sun
Imagine it will be first team Saturday and Tuesday with minimal rotation - they have just had week off. Thursday night will be 10/11 changes with maybe a few first teamers coming back in on the Sunday if we proceed It wouldn't surprise me if it was NP who said to play Thursday too, knowing full well he will put out a changed side and just want these games out of the way. I am sure in previous years that 3rd round replays have been played on the 4th round weekend and the 4th round game just gets pushed back. The big nightmare will be selling tickets if we do go through - a couple of days to get all that sorted for both teams who qualify
£25 pounds to potentially watch 2 reserve sides. Seems rather expensive - I know both clubs have to agree the price and well Man U are greedy !
Just seen Tranmere pitch - I don't know who we will play out wide but good luck to them! Looks like a dirt track run by a Tractor..
Tranmere will be without Ollie Banks for the visit of Watford in the rearranged FA Cup third round replay at Prenton Park. The midfielder came off the bench in the League One defeat to Ipswich for his first appearance after a three-month injury layoff but pulled his quad, meaning he faces another three weeks on the sidelines.
We may need all the help we can get.. I would love Success and Gray to score a few..... but really cant see it happening
I think anyone who is brave enough to make the trip should be applauded. Obviously we are going to name a side no stronger than last time and given the state of the pitch can't see NC playing this time. Bet Man Utd are hoping we go through, they will not relish playing on that pitch if its playable on Sunday after Thursday.
I did see a photo of the pitch with grass growing lights on it. Think they are hoping that grass will grow in the sand they have put down.
Watched a bit of video of the players training for tomorrow. Welbeck was charging around, João Pedro looked as if he was having a wonderful time, and Pussetto was showing that he did know where the goal was. Success looked pretty fed up with the whole thing.
