According to the Daily Fail, David can't wait to get out the club!

He's not playing, and its clear the club wanted rid during the Summer window.

David, if you are that desperate to leave, then grow a set and ask for your contract to be terminated, I'm sure Ehab would jump at the chance to get you off the wage bill and you can leave tomorrow!

When you read what he actually posted , and look beyond the attention grabbing headlines I don't see an issue. Of course he's pissed off and wants to play.
Now, if his attitude in training stinks (I don't know) or if he's not good enough, then thats a different matter. It seems odd though that he was highly rated at Hearts.

Why should he?

Why shouldn't he?

If his agent is any good, he could potentially have a contract lined up elsewhere with a sizable signing on fee that he otherwise wouldn't get if a transfer fee, however small, was involved. All conjecture, but its quite simple, if he wants out i'm sure the club would oblige given he's not needed at face value, and not stand in his way.

He has a contract. If the club want rid they should pay it up. The onus is on them. He can’t actively look & sort another, unless given permission, as it would be deemed a breach of contract.

I’d guess if he was playing, or even given a fair crack of the whip as he saw it then he wouldn’t want away. Only a fool would walk away from an income with nothing to walk into.

Devastating news.
Keep him away from the club and hope someone takes him

Neither Adkin's or Terry seem to rate him, obviously, there wasn't a taker in the last window, Heart probably did try to get him as was being reported but wouldn't pay the asking price for the loan or purchase. He'll just have to wait until January and try to get a move then, or just sit back and enjoy his salary.

Nobody walks away from a well paid job, in the full knowledge that they can’t get another job anywhere else for months, it would be an incredibly stupid thing to do.

It can't be easy going through life with a name that sounds like the noise a stone makes when you skim it for ducks and drakes.
