You really can't understand the stupidity of these guys, I have no sympathy. Footballers at his level earn a good wage, so they can easily afford a taxi or driver for the evening. Why drive?

That's the thing I don't understand , paying for a taxi or a driver just isn't an issue for them , in fact the club supplied transport anyway
No excuses for them at all

We know Keogh wasn’t driving. I posted the link, not even sure what the point of your post is?

If you read the tweet line by line it could easily be misunderstood and one (as some did) could think that it was Keogh that was drunk driving. It may be some posts have had a minor edit.

I didn’t read anything suggesting Keogh had driven? Anyway, as the club captain and senior player of the 3 players involved, it would have been decent of him to suggest driving wasn’t a sensible option. I’m sure when posters on this board are drunk they know that driving a car isn’t a good decision.

Fat Tom was next in line for the captaincy, who got it on Thursday.

Then lost it on Saturday to ****is Davies after being drawn in to the shenanigans.

3 day wonder.

I'm not surprised given that Tom posted on his social media pages Bennett spewing up in the pub loos!!

Yeah it does seem to be pandering to the namby pamby.

I suppose it’s because as a senior player and would be captain he was still there making fun of the situation when he should have been tucked up in bed.

Only 18 months left on his Derby contract. With him being 33 as well. That’s probably him finished at Derby. Great way for the club captain to potentially sign off.
I did wonder if they were very gently sacking him. Looks like they are.
