Evening little legs Clb was at the Bradford game have my oxford and Gillingham tickets. As Royston said bring on the play offs our chance to go straight up finished in February The residents of Windsor had the pleasure of putting up with me weekend just gone
We may be losing another member. @Clb74 was very unhappy last night, the night of his birthday celebrations. He commented that he had multiple birthday greetings on Charlton Life, but nothing on here. He's feeling unloved. Have second thoughts mate.
Unlike our Moderator, @Clb74 quickly arranged payment of his lost bet. All boycotters are welcome to join my miserable, moaning chum and myself at The Bricklayers Arms in Bromley tomorrow night to see our incredible run continue. We have checked to make sure the game is being shown.
Just get two tickets and come down The Valley. Your boycott hasn't worked. Swallow your pride and head down to SE7.
Sorry FHB, I don't quite get your meaning. Protester or not, Keith Palmer was a Charlton supporter. I wouldn't think any less of him whatever his views of CAFC internal politics were. Surely they were entirely beside the point.
That’s a strange comment ? Apart from @baraettmattesvensson , who has conducted a principled albeit not entirely consistent boycott (programmes, Wembley), I think just about everyone else on here has wrestled with the dilemma of whether to stop going. The arguments are so well rehearsed now. Personally my main reason for buying an ST this season was to make it easier to get tickets for the away games. I feel vindicated already after the cack handed way the club has botched the Reading allocation. The drummer couldn’t get a ticket ...yet he was at places like Shrewsbury & Accrington with me & others last season ??
Using away ticket allocations as a reason for you lining Dushitelet's pockets on home season tickets , just sit in the home end on the 1 or 2 occasions you cannot get a ticket. I'll look out for you on the tele tonight.
What it made me think was along the lines of "it's a perfectly honourable position to take if you just want to go along and support the team regardless of who owns the club. It doesn't make you an apologist"
Steve Gallen, Lee Bowyer and Johnnie Jackson. 3 reasons to go. And of course Ben Purrington, our cultured, goal scoring left back
