The sun always shines on the righteous Actually I assumed it would **** up, but I didn’t get that recorded message. I just got one saying ‘we’re busy but hold the line’ Completely done before ten past nine, although I am naturally a lucky bastard anyway.
Odd they’ve not used the same cut off for the prices isn’t it, but I think you can be a 14 year old Junior and go on your own
I have experienced a very helpful service from the ticket office this morning via email regarding prices and moving seats.
'Junior Membership can only be purchased with an Adult/Senior membership due to Under 14s not being permitted into the Stadium unsupervised'. This suggests that fourteen year old's can attend unsupervised.
Fairly standard nowadays, isn’t it. A lot of us are grateful we were brought up in an era where you were deemed capable of attending a football match much younger than 14 unaccompanied. It would have been tough luck, and lost generations of fans, if your dad didn’t like football or as so many did in those days had to work Saturdays.
They’ve changed the footer from the original release when they used the reason that under 15s needed to be accompanied as an excuse to change the age bracketing.
If (a big if) you don’t mind sitting throughout the game, not swearing & sitting near kids you could save £3 a month sitting in one of the Family Areas by having an adult & under 10 Membership rather than an adult one further down the stands with the riff raff. You could maybe sign up to Chazz’s Seat Reallocation Plan & get different seat once through the gates.
Yes, that’s why I it was fairly general. Strange how 12 year olds can go into the largest league stadium in the country unaccompanied but not into ones a third the size and less.
JFC If they keep raising the age you need to be to go on your own you’d be able to take your kids first!
save £36 a year plus make the crowd figures go up because don't they count pass holders even if they don't go.
I will never understand why different areas of the ground have different prices in an all seater stadium Concessions are always good .... Ticket pricing should be at the same lowest level in all stands though . ( Adults and Concessions ) Still not going until the Allams F off And then it will only be on the rare occasion. I had no idea I would prefer going to Scarborough games , infact I thought I wouldn't like it when I gave it a try. Standing where you like ...that's the main reason whats done it .
Tickets nearer the halfway line are always going to be more than behind the goals as the view is better. It used to cost more to stand in the Well than the North Stand or Bunkers.
