I’m with @Treble on this. We have an obligation to take her back. If she can be shown to have committed offences then put her on trial and if found guilty, lock her up. I don’t say this lightly as I believe she still presents a danger to the country, I don’t believe her views have changed at all.

Syria didn’t invite her there, she went there to overthrow their Gvt- as abhorrent as it is. Why should they keep her?

Mate there's something far more Machiavellian about Javid's approach to this and it's probably the one thing everyone might actually agree on. Javid is playing a clever game. If he'd brought her back to face trial, he alienates a large section of the country and risks his own political future. So... he revokes her citizenship knowing full well it will get overturned in an international court of law. He acts all indignant and vocal about how "our country should make our own laws" playing to the gallery, then turns to us, shrugs his shoulders and says "well I tried". Called a win/win situation for him. Watch this space

 

She's far from the only one in this position, others before her had their citizenship revoked. The gallery was created when the media found her and tried to do a Princess Di with her.

She's the first without dual nationality. Bangladesh have denied her having their nationality. I think it's safe to say Javid is on dodgy ground with this. BUT even if she is unsuccessful with any lawsuit, Javid still wins.
