As much as I like Stewy Donald and his attempts to bring the fans back to the heart of the club with his twitter and podcasts and the like I am glad he’s taking a step back from his transfer tweets. It was all a bit too open and might have cost us in certain deals by showing our hand a bit too much, not to mention the amount of half wits on twitter prepared to Harass the bloke.

Yup agree it’s nice to be transparent but you can be too transparent. It’s a good call to let the manager lead on transfer news etc

I was listening to the Roker Rapport pod cast this morning - the new one with Nick Barnes.

They all agreed that Stewart Donald needs to reign back on the direct correspondence - he is stepping on the manager's toes and could be hindering player purchases

He's not going to disclose anything he doesn't in the RR pod casts. Needs to be careful what you say with those deviant ****s on talksport anyway.

Who was interviewing him?

If it was the Jim White and Micky Gray show, usage of words containing 3 syllables or more is prohibited anyway as the host needs to understand what the guest is saying
