Can anyone explain why this is seen as a 'tragedy'?
One horse dies, it's a tragedy.
Millions of cows, sheep, pigs, and all sorts of other animals are slaughtered every single day and it's ok.

Yes, it's sad that an animal has unnecessarily died in the name of 'sport', for man's entertainment, but ffs are people genuinely so thick and brainwashed that they can't join up the dots?

Of course it's ok. Unless you're vegetarian or vegan, then it isn't ok. That's how morals and ethics work. There, I've just saved you hours of typing about cognitive dissonance, Gary Yourovsky and how veganism is the only logical choice going forward and us reading about it.

Have a splendid evening.

I heard it was in a stable position overnight.

Kudos for that. Genuinely made me chuckle.

what happens to the dead horse? does it get sold for dog/cat food? the rest for making glue?
just asking cos i enjoy a bit of horse steak, seems a waste for it to go to cats or dogs.
