I agree he will win it, not convinced it will be a run away, Lewis may manage to follow but 3 to 4 seconds behind.
Just watching P2 with Lando Norris joining Sky in their commentary box. Is it just me or is Crofty being a bit patronising to Lando?
There's growing chatter that Ferrari do now have the more powerful PU. In the last few races GPS data has shown Ferrari makes time on corner exit and down the straights, and Mercedes makes time on corner entry and through the corners.
Well, looks like his own mistake wrecked his gearbox. Carrying on down the straight whilst Bono was telling him to stop. Then attempting to push the car on a live lap. Scenes.
Rumours Hamilton's pretty ill, and possibly couldn't have run in FP3 if he'd wanted to. I wonder if that's influenced an uncharacteristic, error-strewn Q1?
Last year we were robbed of a close championship due to issues on Vettels side. This year we look to be robbed due to Hamilton's side. I fear that next year the cars at the front will start to spread speed wise again with the rule changes.
Very strange qualifying. Ferrari really do have an awesome car this year. To be fair though, we know Hamilton is a tenth or two quicker than Bottas in general so it would again have been close between the two big guns. However- where are Ferrari finding this extra engine power from?! I suspect whispers and chatter may begin again soon! Red Bull just suffering with a Renault PU. Max will be closer on race pace but surely not enough to beat Ferrari and Merc. McLaren and Williams in a right mess. McLaren has one car that just seems broken (Stoffels) and they can’t understand its underperformance! Not good at all.
