Then its resolved. People don't just walk away if there's a real complaint.
I've known parents of kids who didn't make it, and they blamed everyone else. Sometimes, you have to look closer to home.
Not resolved if the guy doing the bullying is still in work

This is getting daft now. So wrapped up in your hate, that you have failed to take in anything I have wrote.
If there is grievance, they should put in a com[plaint. If he is a bully, there will be MORE than one voice.
Now, lets leave it shall we?

Look, if it helps, it's well known within the inner circles of the game the types of characters we're dealing with here, and what their (even to a casual fans) priorities involved.

I was told by someone who shall remain nameless, but who has forgotten more about football than you or I will ever know, and who has worked in football all his life, that he has "no idea how Martin Hunter, with the methods he employs, is allowed to operate in modern football". The cases of bullying ARE well known within the inner circles. By all accounts people like Paul Williams have stories to tell that would make a brothel madame blush, but for whatever reasons (one imagines to do with severance packages) have, to date, declined to do.

Just for reference, that same person was the one that told me that the picture painted by the club following Cortese's departure, was a long way off centre in terms of how much he'd supposedly done wrong etc. It's an old boys club there right now, fronted by Reed. And it's no secret.

There's MANY more than one voice. To be honest, you're so wrapped up in somehow trying to be right and everything being rosy, without the requisite information, that you are refusing to accept that there might just be something to it.

Trying to be right? No, just tired of reading your slander. Go to the press, speak to the club, air your grievance and allow him to respond.
Or just shut the **** up.

As was said in the first place, you can choose to believe it or not. You've chosen not to, so please feel free to not read it, or alternatively take your own last piece of advice. There are plenty of people here that do want to read the nuggets of information that come through.

I don't think either Laces or Beef would have said what they have without solid evidence, and this is just the sort of thing this forum is here to discuss, so please don't tell othrr users to shut up.

Dear supporters and everyone involved with Southampton Football Club,

As you know, my period in Southampton has finished. From the beginning I tried to do my best every single day, I tried to give back to the club and tried to represent the club with pride.

Some moments we managed this, some moments we couldn’t, but we have been living a difficult season for many reasons. The manager is the face of a lot of decisions and actions, but I always tried to put the club first with my technical staff and the board behind me.

I am really happy with the hospitality of the people of Southampton and the respect you have shown me in every moment during this experience. The fans have been behind us even in difficult games and I am really grateful for your support in those situations.

I have to say thanks to Ralph, to the board, to Les and Ross, all my technical staff and all the Southampton employees. Also to my players, who respected me in every single moment.

I feel so sorry to leave the club in this situation, but when you don’t get results I understand the decision the club has to take.

I wish everyone all the best for the rest of the season, I have enjoyed an amazing experience and I know that Southampton has everything required to move forward.

We March On.

Sincerely,

Mauricio

The man is a gent. I think most people came round to thinking that at the end. For whatever reason it didn't work out, but I doubt it was for lack of trying on his behalf. I kept hoping things would turn round, but it became obvious that it wasn't going to so I am relieved that his tenure has come to an end (and he probably is...or will be when he reflects). Good luck to him in the future.....though please not in the EPL (I couldn't take that twice).

I personally believe what LTL and Beefy say on here I can't see any personal gain for them to exaggerate what they have been told. I said a while ago that Hunter and Jaidi needed to be replaced but that was just based on results, having heard how Hunter is treating some individuals I now find it astonishing that he is still employed, I am guessing he is one of Reeds mates and its very much a case of if your in the club you're untouchable.

I don't believe a word of it, Les comes across like a very dignified gentleman, who is highly regarded in his trade. They are social justice warriors who need validation. People who get offended on others peoples behalf. Too many of them in society for me to care about.

Well yes.

There are plenty of people who know me in 'real life' from here, who also realise that I wouldn't go around being a "social justice warrior who needs validation". But yeah, let's just leave people to believe what they wish. It's not like anyone might actually know more than another person, is it?

At least one person has gone to the press, and with more than speculation on their side.

The football-related media isn't exactly going to leap at the chance to set their own access on fire.

Just when I thought you couldn't get worse you use the term sjw. Cringy as **** ****

Yes I posted all the info I have over the years because I am a SJW needing validation...

And if your eyes are open, you'd have seen people like Neil Ashton having little digs about it. Now he obviously doesn't quite have enough for a full story (or there's not enough interest in a story about little old Saints), but it's hardly like the situation is a secret.

Still, I think HR has made up his mind, and that's fine. Weird. But fine.
