    If you’re feeling overwhelmed and stressed, try these tips to handle anxiety:

    1. Exercise more – Aside from helping you stay in shape, dedicating yourself to a “non-obsessive” exercise routine can help improve your mood, enhance self-esteem, increase energy levels, and reduce stress. When you exercise, your body releases chemicals called endorphins which causes euphoric feelings.
    2. Get enough sleep – Not getting enough sleep at night can increase feelings of stress, anger, sadness, and exhaustion, so make sure you get at least seven to eight hours of sleep.
    3. Try not to worry too much – Anxiety can cause “excessive worry, nervousness, dread, upset stomach, or difficulty breathing,” and to manage this feeling of being overwhelmed, you first need to acknowledge what you are going through. You may feel helpless right now, but don’t forget that your anxiety will pass.

    You've just lost your job, your wife's left you and the bank are about to repossess your house but try not to worry too much. The sort of ****s who offer up that sort of advice deserve to be buried up to their necks in horse **** and have Miriam Margoyles sit on their face until they die of suffocation.

    Im hearing the government are going to start handing out blue badges to ****s with mental health issues including depression so they can park closer to the shops :laugh:

    They do hearing tests at Boots too, that's what I'm hearing.

    One of the main reasons for depression is having to park 3 miles from the shop due to the amount of disabled spaces in the first place @Anton McPape
