In your view though, positive or not? Yeah I get the lack of trust with them, but gut feeling after talking to Geoff?
What they say and what they do usually turn out to be different. Words are fine, but actions are what really matter.
That depends on what you accept as positive, stopping the re branding by stealth and using Hull City would be a positive and they didn't even need a meeting to decide that, just do it. Could start with the Hull City Hall of Fame.
Kempton. Have they promised to **** off very soon? If not, then I don't see how there can anything positive. Now they are using them leaving as a dangling carrot on a stick to stop the protests, don't be a donkey.
I'm still not sure I fully understand what's gone on, but it sounds like there's no movement on concessions and only an indication that they might move on branding. Personally I'm not that positive about it at the moment.
Oh No movement on concessions sounds ****e then...and not positive I’m intrigued by what you don’t actually understand
Just listened to Geoff Bielby on radio .. was trying to sound positive but from what he said there isn't a lot of movement yet .. going to consider the rebranding thing .. no movement on the concessions .. Not really sure if there were actually and steps back at all by the Allams.
he got what he wanted, no protests when Madge was in town, no reason to give anything now - when you are infected with a nasty cancer its no use talking to it
Hugely disappointing that the chairman of the trust wasted some of the meeting and a minute of the4 minute interview on rh to get his mates on the next meeting.
First off, the Allams didn't need a meeting to find out what fans think. If they were interested and had a mind to, they would simply set about fixing all that is wrong. Second, not knocking efforts from those involved, but NOTHING of any real significance has or will result. The representatives, rightly or wrongly, will feel compelled to somehow stay at least a little positive and open, in the hope of continuing meaningful dialogue. But the reality is, it's a charade, delaying tactics, distraction to quell protests, and yet more tactics to divide the support. Now we have another period of waiting until the next meeting, only to be fobbed off further and to realise that actually nothing of importance is changing. Unfortunately many will be taken in. We've been here too many times before. The Allams have treated fans like utter ****e for several years now. Being patient, polite, respectful etc won't work with them, and they don't reciprocate. They continue to treat us like ****e and are fobbing us off, and many are falling for it. Covey calls it 'win win or no deal' - it has to be 'no deal' as it's impossible with them to get to win-win as has been proven time and again. The only thing that should change our opinions is meaningful immediate actions from them to reverse the damage they've done. No meetings needed, they know full well what's wanted and what's needed. Such actions haven't happened, aren't happening and won't happen. #
Disappointed in you but not surprised, rather then comment on the content of the meeting you have a dig at the person.
