I think for the best curry do as follows; Have a couple of beers. Anything up to 10. Log onto just eat. Order your favourite curry. Viola. You get a great curry. No mess and it's made by people who are good at making them.
My wife make an awesome curry. Must be in the genes. She suggested I should learn to make curry as well but I said it would smack of neo-colonialism and I didn't want any trouble with the other 3 asians in the village.
Here's my curry recipe. Preset weather to 95F with breeze. 1) get in car. 2) drive to India Palace. 3) eat.
As a side note Luv making your own curry powder fresh takes little time and will be much better than buying stuff that’s in a packet or jar for years. 4 teaspoons coriander seeds 1 teaspoon turmeric. 2 teaspoons cumin seeds. 1/2 teaspoon whole black peppercorns 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 1 teaspoon cardamom seed 1⁄2 inch cinnamon stick. Dry roast in a frying pan grind into a fine powder. Enjoy!
I've made my own in the past and it is better but it's expensive to buy the ingredients. A good quality curry powder will do the job but yes I agree it's better to make it yourself.
