Whose got the better deal lads? Us or you?

Short answer: You and the Allams, but not us.

Longer answer:
You've got a reasonable player, who might yet develop further into an excellent player.
We've got 1 less senior player in our 1st 11; already down to having to fill spaces with Academy lads. Seriously.
The Allams have another £15 million.

Depends who else we bring in before the window shuts, but as it stands I agree. We need 4 quality players.

I've got no axe to grind with Swansea and I'm sorry to say Clucas isn't what you need. From my - admittedly- limited knowledge of your first XI you need game changers and for all his plus points he isn't that. He's someone who does the messy stuff so a game changer can do his bit.

What's Kingsley like?

If we had a full squad of players and would invest the money, I'd say us. Considering we won't, it's you.

Decent, steady player who will run tirelessly with a decent left foot. I'm happy with anything over £10m-£12m .

If we got £50m I am not happy unless the outgoings are replaced

Freddie didn't write it.

don't let facts get in the way Kemps <cheers>

This. On paper getting £15/16m for him is good business, but there is no point in selling him for any amount of money if we don't see it get reinvested.
To be honest, I imagine Seb was his replacement.
