Whatever the attackers 'reasons' are, and in the unlikely event that I agree with his 'argument', there is never a justification for such a cowardly act as he carried out.

It's why I unreservedly and with no hesitation condemn the act, with no ifs, buts or maybes.

 

He's making the point that he was told, as a Muslim, he should be more vocal about denouncing violence from any nut job who calls himself Muslim - palpable nonsense. He's just putting the boot on the other foot. Right wing ignorance and utter twatness - that sounds like a few belong to that community. Having said that, it's gone too far on this thread. We don't know in whose name these attacks were carried out in yet, so why in the **** would anyone be saying that.

 

But how can he do that when he doesn't know the religious affiliation of the attacker, or the affiliations of the people on here who he is claiming should be denouncing this turd with "not in my name".

As you describe it is wrong. The argument was more about the 'we denounce it...but' type replies that some favour.

The **** who did this attack is doing exactly what groups like ISIS want.
Their attacks turn non Muslims against Muslims, how many moderate muslims from that mosque will become indifferent, or even swayed, by extremist beliefs because of this Arseholes actions now?
