No, my friend.

Old HIAG is brash and direct - yes - but he is also extremely witty, and cuts fools down with his rapier-words. He does this with a rakish twinkle in his eye, which is why he is loved as much as he is feared.

New HIAG is an utter tool compared with that colossus of a man!

No name-calling
No personal digs
No references to Skiddy's missus
No insulting/slagging photos or gifs

No angling analogies
No hurtful or insulting analogies of any kind whatsoever
No references to gates
No references to bottlings
No calling into question a poster's credentials, achievements, occupation, wealth, etc
No stealth wumming
No accusations regarding or references to sock accounts

The truce will commence at 2pm today and end at Midnight on Sunday, 14 May 2017.

The following people must confirm on this thread, by 2pm today, that they agree to abide by the terms of this truce:-

For those whose name does not appear on this list, it will be assumed that you will honour the terms of the truce, and abide by the spirit of challenge.

@PleaseNotPoll and @Bodinki (the Judges) will act as referees to note and publish (after the ending of the truce) the names of all persons to break the truce, and to acknowledge and apportion blame, regardless of club ties and with all due impartiality.

The truce will not become active until all persons listed confirm their acceptance, in writing, on this thread. the Judges will note and record the names of any person(s) who fails to accept the terms of the truce.

Let me be the first to confirm my acceptance of the terms of the truce.
