Wouldn't it be nice to see some tweets of congratulations from our ex players, maybe not the Liverpool one's but Wanyama, Morgan,Luke and especially Jose

Changing companies FLT? Big transfer fee?

It's a sideways move. The current company are on the verge of a major final and greatness. I think I'm better than them and just waiting for the biggest global giants in our industry to offer me a job. Failing that, I'll get a job sweeping up down the local east end council flat.

Personal request.

If anyone comes across any footage of the goal from a fans perspective could they please post it. I love watching those.

Being the pessimist I was shouting "Corner flag, go to the bloody corner flag!". followed by "YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!"

Then a lot of coughing, almost passing out from it. Sat down arms aloft and tears running down my face. So sad, a 47 year old guy tearing up over a game of football :)

Reverse those numbers and add 1 and that's me. I confess to being a glory hunter as I only properly started supporting them when they were a moderately decent Div 3 South side about 60 years ago. I wept. And the stewards were concerned that I was never going home. "Come on, la, it's freezing out there and I want to go home!" finally persuaded me.

I hate scousers today. They have no idea about losing badly. On the way home as I sat in the inevitable jams a group knocked on the window and told me that they hoped we'd noticed the Kop applauding Saints at the end. Today I have had so many conversations with good solid Reds fans who gave me the view that we were brilliant and deserved it. Asked a few what they thought of Klopp's penalty claims. General consensus was "Penalty? **** Off"

Have they no idea of the correct etiquette. They say "Youse were dead lucky, mate" and I say "**** off we were brilliant." Been far too nice.

Hey I know, who cares, etc, etc we scored, but tiny, tiny point... the pass was made to look perfect by Shane's incredible first touch (he's not known for that), because it looked like it had been over hit to me.... but hey it's "Happy Day" ... great run :)

Any pass that Long controls, and doesn't shin into the advertising hoardings, is perfect in my eyes, even if it was maybe 3 inches too far in front of him to be really perfect. :emoticon-0105-wink:

The majority of Liverpool fans are decent, knowledgable people who love their football. Would I be saying this had we lost, I don't know. I'm friends with quite a few fans and there's been banter but no goading and I've been magnanimous in victory. Every set of supporters have their idiots and delusion people but for me, it's one big football family.

Mate. I've lived in Liverpool and other parts of the North West for over 40 years. I know. Please re-read my post. It's ironic. The behaviour of Reds fans hasn't surprised me at all. I love the fans of both the Liverpool clubs. Love their City, love the fans, hate losing to their teams!

I was more just agreeing with your point mate and adding my opinion!

When Sims got towards the halfway line, I was screaming "Long is going, Long is going" and then ten seconds later I was running around the room, hugging my son and screaming, "SSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNNNEEEEEE" AND "OH MY GOD OH MY GOD OH MY GOD OH MY GOD, WE'RE GOING TO ****ING WEMBLEY. YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSS!"

Wife popped her head round the door to give me "that" look :)

Unwritten rule number one in our house as a child was you absolutely never ever swore at home. I did once when I was about ten years old, I had heard a big kid say bollocks and as I didn't know it was a "bad" word I repeated it in front of my mother who then went absolutely berserk, I thought she was going to faint. This was followed by a stiff talking too from my Dad (I thought he was going to thrash me, you could beat children in those days, but he didn't) and then early to bed in shame and without my supper. To the day he died I never once heard my Dad swear ever. I've only really learned to swear since I have been coming on this message board so you lot have led me astray.

Samuels in the Mail said we should have been 5-0 up on aggregate after the first half. One day, just one day (preferably February 26th) could we put these chances away. Must be due soon.

Matty made a good point...all the players will be playing for a start in the final, so the next few weeks could be good. He apparently forgot this was Saints he was talking about. Expect the unexpected. Any day now Stephens will accidently tread on Virgil's bad foot. :)
