1. Huddlestone - imperious in midfield, effective when asked to do a shift at the back.

2. Jakupovic - great saves in the rare moments when our defence was breached.

3. Tymon - for THAT moment.

Those three held it all together with Jake (special mention) for the first hour..
 
Jak - just for what he brings to the team, some good saves but his best quality is his passion, its infectious.
Huddlestone - sprayed balls around left, right & centre, what an improvement in the last few games. also did a job at CB.
Mason - most improved of them all. yes im chuffed to bits for Tymon and its great to see Abel back but Mason had a solid game and gave us glimses of the player we all thought we were getting. Made some great runs in the 2nd half, ran with the ball, dribbled past ppl, and if memory serves me correctly it was his play that led to the 1st goal.

Meyler did fine, he was actually quite positive and forward thinking in the second half, but I don't think him playing there will cut the mustard for too long. Maloney, Hernandez and Tymon were all excellent off the bench.
