It all depends tbh. The British called it criminal. So they have to be seen to set a higher standard than 'criminals' like Joe McCann. Had they admitted it was a war these prosecutions wouldn't be happening.

Guy that killed an injured Taliban and got done for murder cos he couldn't argue act of duty cos he'd contravened the Geneva convention or some **** like that. Anyway, he's every *****'s hero and he's arguing that PTSD caused him to do it and the appeal case starts today and he should hear if he's getting out on bail.
