PELICAN PIE 14/1 Southwell 5:15 The presence of a probably over rated and under priced Henderson makes me want to have a bet in this heat and Pelican Pie catches the eye from a yard very much in form. They recently had a mare winning a bumper under a penalty so will have a good yardstick with which to measure this ones ability. Only a second foal and the first one to race out of a winning but very lightly raced mare. Could be anything or could be nothing but at the odds it looks worth a little ew.
