Yep, had to do an EQ course a few years ago. I did Hear that my company are starting to roll out CQ (cultural) courses now

Fortunately I got out. About a year after attending a training day called, I kid you not, "The Mind Gym". Actually I never minded getting out of the office for a day to participate in a carnival of utter bollocks, but then I was being paid to do it; by people who were banging on endlessly about challenging costs and driving efficiency etc.
At which point you piss yourself, and take a swing at a lamp post. I know, cos we have Scotch people down here. There's at least one sleeping under every bridge.
I was at a production meeting about 25 years ago, where an particular manager who used all the buzz words, was discussing some production issues. He replied to a question by saying "we'll throw some engineering at that". That incensed an old fitter so much, that they nearly came to blows.
Nearly forgot, I'm supposed to be on a resilience training course in a couple of weeks. Fortunately I will be on holiday, so will miss it
