The Highbury Barn sometimes shows 3pm Setanta games on request. The Dundee Arms in Bethnal Green is a complete dive but has pretty much every sports channel in the world (no joke). If you get there early enough the landlady can put two games on at one time on pretty shoddy tvs. Hope that helps!
