The point is you get the 'right amount' of football. Doesnt matter how much faffing around players do they still have to do complete the required amount of time with the ball in play. Not sure what that time is. 30mins???. Somebody will be measuring it across the league

This is so simple. Dont even have to make a decision. Just stop the 'in play clock' every time the ball is out of play. There has to be a minimum number of minutes the ball is in play. Refs can still card players (GK on Sat) for delay of game
