    Overall a pretty poor football match. We played quite well first half, shame we couldn't continue that momentum into the 2nd. Goal out of nothing from Delph, and we just didn't have the creativity to break them down after that

    In some ways they don't need fans. But would you watch a Premiership match on Sky (or watch the MotD highlights package) if there were no fans at the match(es)? I know I wouldn't. So they still need the fans in that sense. Just shows that they really should be lowering the ticket prices all...

    Of course I am cheating having seen our first result... but it does not change my prediction (honest!) 14th. Strong start, flirt with the play-offs, then fade towards the end. Will be a pleasing season I reckon, without the relegation anxiety of the last two. That's about as optimistic as I get!

    We're already safe from Northampton - they won't make up the goal difference. Trouble is I suspect we'll be within 3 points of Rochdale and Oldham going into the last day of the season. And as we know all too well - anything can happen on the last day of the season!
