The greatest managers have all had to reinvent their teams during their years at respective clubs. Poch would have wanted to begin this process a year ago. He needs the time to do so.

Why would you change for a manager more suited for an aging squad when several of the older players will move on in Jan/Next summer? We have a manager capable of molding young players to play beyond their means and grow into great players. We will only sign more youthful potential players. Sure...

Well I'm glad Dier and 4-2-3-1 solved all our problems.

Everyone seems to be forgetting that our second team (who many are pointing to as the solution/future) just lost to Colchester. There are reasons why Dier, Parrott, etc aren't making the first team to play vs Bayern.

Poch has been throwing the word regeneration around for months and clearly tried to get rid of several players in the summer. He knew/could see all of this coming. The mistake was trying to do it all in one transfer window but the lack of anything in the previous ones led to that.
