    General Election 4th July ...

It was plainly obvious to me, that Labour would have to raise money if elected. It also should have been made clear, either in their manifesto or when asked by reporters. I see both sides of the winter fuel payment argument. As pensioners, it is an added bonus at the time, can l live without...

The best goal that YOU have scored

Only ever scored one goal in a competitive game. I was a goalkeeper, so should never be anywhere near scoring. In a Surrey senior game, we were wining 7-0, when we were awarded a penalty. My name was mentioned, and our manager, Mick Morton said let him take it. I duly took and scored. As...

    General Election 4th July ...

That's correct, regarding Corbyn, maybe the low turnout has made the difference. The turnout reflects that people are dissatisfied with the political parties and the system. With a majority that big, they won't rock that boat.

This is the problem for me at the moment in time. Without raising money ie taxes or magic wand, it would be difficult to spend without borrowing. Hopefully they find the wand which the Tories used to pay their friends with.

Strange, that the candidate doesn't live local, we had a by election here a few months back, she has not been since. Local Labour party members been moaning about her. The wife (yes) that's her initials BTW has decided to vote, no idea who for yet.

    EURO 2024

To rule out England by, who crossed the halfway line the most. I have not been impressed with the games so far, teams have worked out how to stop teams with 5 or something 6 across the penalty box with 3 or 4 players just in front of them. Tippy tappy football rarely makes opening. Teams have...
