Leicester proved something I have said and posted about for years, that all the clubs in the premership have players capable of matching all the others and that often it is intangibles adding up that make a difference. Something as abstract as 'team spirit' and that a couple of great players who don't get on with the rest of the squad can have a huge impact.
Many big clubs suffer from tradition and institutional practises. When Roman came to Chelsea he became the sole owner and changed virtually all aspects of the club allowing Jose the opportunity to impose his methods and practises. Man U is bigger than Jose and the inertia of the club is working against him and he doesn't realise it. The man does need a break.

If you look at this season, thus far - Jose was not blown away like Pep was blown away on 3 or 4 occasions.
IF Jose puts Poch in his place tomorrow - everyone will jump and say Jose is very much in title hunt.

If we start scoring a quarter the chances we create the top 4 will look very different by February. I have never rated Pep and his time with Bayern only reinforced my opinion.
