That's all subjective innit. I think Star Wars is a rabble of **** that would make me fall asleep in seconds, yet it seems I'm in a minority. For some reason I'll never be able to fathom, grown men everywhere seem to oppose my view.

As I said each to there own. I know that others don't agree with my views but I will always discuss them.

Another film I watched, this time on Netflix last night was the Big Short it a good watch and while not a comedy is gave a good light hearted look at the dealers who saw the crash in the USA mortgage market and hence the world crash. The really sad thing is that the banks thought they were idiots and ignored them.

    Worth a watch.

Great film. An intelligent alternative to the wolf of wall street for me.

Watched Sully a few days ago, really good film recommend it highly, Tom Hanks is the don.

Also just getting into Luke Cage, looks good so far, right up my street.

    Anybody else watching it?

Me. It's only the 6th episode since the biggest event in the entire program so far. Needs time to plot build and develop the next. I'm happy with it is progress.

Remember how boring walking the rail road to Terminus was. It happens. I'll be sticking with it because the franchise is massive. The comics are way way way ahead. The first episode of this season coincides with issue 100 of the comic. The comic is now at 160 issues and still producing. It's a long game drama this one. Going to be dull stretches from time to time and this has had many already.

I watched the pilot and loved it.

It is definitely on my list to watch but the wife is 0% interested.

Aye they've said that the ratings are the lowest they've been since the Terminus plotline (which I also didn't particularly get into).

I'm all for it having to build up, but it just seems like it's been slower than usual. I'm presuming something big is going to happen the next episode because the mid season break is after this one. Probably another cliffhanger to get the generic interest back for some.

I have no idea how long they're going to take it, and I've no idea what the end game is (apart from survival of course). I'll stick with it, definitely, I'm far too far into it to give up on and I'm not one for leaving series' unless they're completley ****e - I even endured all of Lost and that went mad.

I'd watched about 3/4 series on my own because mine wasn't arsed about it either. One hungover day I managed to get her to give it a go on season 1 because it's only 6 episodes and she's now more into it than me.

If you can convince her into watching 6 episodes I reckon you might both get hooked.

I know the first episode was too graphic for many and the drop off started from the 2nd episode. But yeah, it's been a bit dull on the gore front and story line since. Good point about the break, should be a tasty episode.
Rick is at that mental looking lake so
    that could have tasty possibilities.
They are only just having their first payment since the saints initially took 'half'
so they've really dragged out the last 4 or 5 episodes.
