Just making Monkfish risotto. My mate caught some whopping great monkfish, they are a bit of a pain to prepare, but so tasty !

I love Monkfish, it's like white beef. Proper meaty fish.

A local restaurant down here does the best Monkfish I've had. The also do Kangaroo, Crocodile, and loads of weird ****. Nice plaice to eat at though.
