Great Fairyhouse card and then there's the Peterbrough Chase that has the forums favourite chaser in training headlining the show- JOSSES HILL. Old boy Monksland at 20/1 to surprise the young guns in the Hattons Grace. Road To Respect e/w in the novice chase. Stowaway Forever- brother to Champagne Fever in a warm looking bumper.
A few interesting races today, we have the Peterborough Chase where More Of That seeks redemption against Dodging Bullets, Josses Hill and Tea For Two. A race where horses have form over further or shorter in the main. I hope they are positive with More Of That and test the stamina and jumping of Josses and Dodging. We then have the intriguing Novice Hurdle where Burbank is a short price to beat a Varian hurdler (you read that right) and Top Tug. I'd probably side with the flat bred horses here and I am hoping we see something special to follow for the future. Then we get the stayers race at Kelso where we might see a progressive chaser for the later Nationals. Millicant Silver and Kilbree Chief fit that bill against the more experienced Royale Knight. Then we get to see Dynaste in the veterans chase, Dynaste I say. Surely he will outclass that lot?
Cloudy Too Tea for Two - DB won't stay well in my opinion, Jossies can't jump, More of That has the potential but last run was a worry. Top Tug Penhill Drinmore look's fantastic, Diamond King would be my pick. Champagne Fever full brother runs in the bumper. Stowaway Forever, won a PTP easily. CF won the champion bumpers at Chelt and Punch.
Interesting money for ENDLESS CREDIT 18/1 Huntingdon 1.30 An easy track like this should suit and on his best form he would win this doing cartwheels!
Kansas City Chief 3.10 Punchestown 16/1 First run over this longer trip. Ran well before running outlast time. Unexposed and has a good each eay chance in an open looking race. Was 22/1 last night. I also like Anibale Fly in the Drinmore. Was plotted up for a handicap here in the spring over hurdles so he could be better than he showed over hurdles. Jumped well on debut and won with loads to spare. Martello Towers franked that form yesterday.
****ing Bryan Cooper again no idea how to present a horse (especially a novice hurdler) at an obstacle. Dosy git
Spoofer is having a mare this season alright Oddy!I try not to back anything he is on as he is so reckless; I reckon the young Kennedy lad will get that gig soon enough. In the Drinmore I'm with Doalittle and think Anibale Fly has a cracking chance for Gangsta Martin.
Ar Mad for the King George. Intriguing how Gary Moore reads the Tingle Creek compared to my views that he is a 2 miler.
Nice to see Apple's Jade looking like the horse she was last spring. Vroom Vroom Mag had to sit and suffer coming down to the the home bend. Wouldn't knock her for being beaten there. She used alot of petrol to get on terms.
Bryan gave Apples Jade a lovely ride, let her jump the last and then pressed her for more. He listens to Oddy!!
The filly did all the work for him Nass. He is poor at educating young novices, that is for sure. Not in the same league as Walsh or Geraghty.
take it you missed his last race, I bet against him in that two horse race, wasnt making the same mistake again today, some cracking jumps there, must have got his confidence up
