I went on bbc sport football championship page and i noticed on the roght it says prediction. If you click on that it makes you fill out fuxtures from every week and after youve filled out one week you press update table. I did this all the way up to the 1st october game and this is what mine turned out. No i wasnt biast saints did not win every game i think i put lost 2-3 drawn 2 rest wins.

I used to do this all the time when we were on the old 606 forum, but I don't go to the BBC Championship page so much nowadays.

It's very addictive, and you can waste hours doing this. Mind you, I think the last time I did it was about 10 games from the end of last season and I ended up giving Saints 92 points. Now that could never have happened could it?....

Yeah, love the BBC Predictor when it's around February, and I can't wait for the next game. Last season, around that time, I trolled through all the remaining games [what a work up..!] and predicted Saints making 3rd place, which I was entirely happy with. I did it again with something like 7 games to go, predicting wins and draws, but no losses. That came out as second place, but about 5 points behind Brighton. And blowed me, if the lads didn't do even better than that, as well. Brilliant.

Having done the BBC Predictor for a couple of seasons, I should add that you have to be totally honest about your predictions and even handed, or it's a worthless exercise. This means that even when you're dithering over who will win between Doncaster Rovers and Derby County, you have to make the effort and weigh things up properly, because it all has an effect on Saints. Hence, I don't even look at the Predictor until January-February. Too many games to think about.

Can't really predict results. Games can be won and lost in an instance. If results follow the form book, there would be no point in playing the games at all.
