Reeeeeesult. Important to grind one out, v good for the soul if not the nerves!

Great progress, real shame about Watmore - any idea how bad it is?

We're now only a win away from Burnley in 14th. It's tight all the way down from 12th. Just need Gunners to smash the Hammers. Hull and Boro can wipe each other out, hopefull.
He called for help straight away - could be a dislocated knee cap or a really bad strain, just hope it is not another ACL injury.

Swansea up next......we can get something from that game you would have liked to think.

Only concern is that we are peaking too soon.... ;-)

we dominated the first half and were the better side for about 25 mins of the 2nd half..we do look nervous towards the end, which given the stakes is understandable...my only query...why is Anichibe playing out wide left??

hmm, bollocks. Hope he's okay. ****ing bizarre how many injuries we have. But an opportunity for someone else to step in and take their chance.

how was big Jan when he came on. Did we look any better with him in situ?

Will need to see it again but it looked like a bad challenge from where we were ( but that's at the opposite end on the other side so a fair distance away) so hopefully a short term impact injury.

He's played there every game mate. It's so we don't have to surrender a cm. It's working. 3 wins in 4 and he's been magnificent.

Wasn't even a foul mate, looked like they were strapping the leg that didn't take the impact, fingers crossed it isn't as bad as it looked.

It was the follow through that got Fuchs the booking but the follow through didn't cause the injury. Same as Pappy a few minutes before. Personally I think neither were fouls let alone bookings. Marinner was poor today.

As for Dunc, that could well be another cruciate injury, didn't look good cause as you say, that wasn't an impact injury. Something from Sam's Pre season doesn't sit right. Too many none impact injuries

My tv's gonna be as confused as hell tonight.

It usually automatically switches over everytime Match Of The Day comes on!

:):):)

Not sure how much we can blame the pre season mate, joint injuries like this are just bad luck (though admittedly I'm no physio or sports scientist) and Paddy Mac was a Moyse signing anyway, we can't keep on picking up injuries like this though let's just hope for a change in luck in the coming weeks

Great result, a tough game in which we have proved that our revival is not a flash in the pan,and that we are going to make a fight of it, this looked unlikely four games ago, but Big Vic has been the catalist we needed, who would have predicted that, what a strange game this is. Onwards and Upwards.

If only Paddy Mac was the only other none impact injury we've had. Most our injuries this season have been none impact.

Our players dont just get niggles. Its always a big layoff. So frustrating but nearly every one has been in a match so those that are blaming Moyes need to give their head a shake.

Big Jan was comfortable from the minute he came on and brought a calmer approach than Denayear. He also took one or two hard knock and just shrugged them off and if PvA had been more aware he could have been played in and away by Jan..

Jan would be a 10m plus player if he could stay fit.
