Leadership is not the issue, the problem is managers who have not got a clue. If anyone from the club had bothered watching Burton in depth, they would have realised that JFH tactics in a lower league would not work In the championship. They would also know that football is a totally different beast since Holloway last managed a club. We could have a unit to get in the play offs , instead we will finish just above the relegation places

We'll be lucky to finish just above the relegation places, unless we do a Watford, change Manager again and invest in a good striker, good central midfielder, a good CB and lot of luck.Leadership is not the issue, the problem is managers who have not got a clue. Deluded or what? The relegation zone is closing in on us fast...
A simple question. Is there a member of this squad who would have been first choice in Warnock's Championship-winning team? Tells you all you need to know...
Smithies.........far better keeper than Kenny even though he had possibly his finest ever season that year.......we'll do well to keep hold of Smithies in January as he is far better than half the keepers in the top flight......
Other than that point taken......![]()

I came onto this thread to say nearly the same thing. We only need one leader .................. and that is Holloway.
If he gets the believing in themselves, we'll do ok.

We need a leader on the pitch, which I am sure that Ollie will adress in the window.
The main point is that Ollie is a leader; the way he shouted and encouraged last night was fantastic to behold.
Exactly the opposite X 25 000.The way Ollie behaved last night left me wondering had he completely lost his marbles. A manager should be able to 'spot and fix' but he was in no frame of mind to do that last night the way he was behaving. He definetly dident look as if he was in control and able to make logical decisions.
