VPN means virtual private network. It basically is your computer going through another network before connecting to the internet, so your IP(basically the number your internet connection is given, which gives away where you live and everything) address is masked.I have no clue what any of that means. There has been a petition out against this for some time. Which I signed, of course.
Peculiarly, the new film about Edward Snowden will cover a lot of this type of surveillance. I invite everyone to watch it as the general public are in danger of sleepwalking into losing their personal privacy. Well, OK, they lost that years ago. What I mean is having your own private data used as evidence against you.
