I doubt he's looking at players from a Club currently sitting last but bottom in the Championship , but who knows you may have on or two with potential for the future <whistle>

This is true actually - but I wouldnt put it past Bradley.<laugh>

In all seriousness. Bruno Manga is surplus to requirements and far better than Amat and Fernandez.

Difficult one for the Sox. Gamble and throw money at staying in the PL like no doubt others will. Failure would be an even bigger disaster financially then though.

Why the feck you sold out to the Yanks I dont know. Lunacy apart from maybe the finances for some.

I have to ask ,what qualifies you to have any inkling of what Bob thinks , we don't know our selves .<laugh>
If you've followed the story of why we were sold to the Yanks then you'd know you're much closer to the truth than a simple "why", Jenkins and co wanted a fat pay out which they received for selling us down the river ,So it's really nothing to do with punching above our weight , small crowds ( although some on here need to revisit their physics books to realise that a stadium designed to a capacity of just under 21,000 can only take 21.000 ). Fernandez is just poor & Amat hasn't taken his chance so far this season but when you have a manager who hasn't worked out yet who is best centre half pairing then that's not surprising. I couldn't comment about Manga but if he can't get in your side then how I'm not sure he's better than we've got .

Aber, I don't agree with your comment about MBSL's avatar (badge). The military is a community of people who joined the armed forces for various reasons. Not everyone joined to fight and not everyone does fight. There are endless differences for and against the military, but the bottom line is they are there to protect our country.
I served in the army for 12 years and had an awesome time. I did see active service, but on the whole, I enjoyed all the benefits life in the military offered me. However, that was a long time ago and I have different views on the military these days. Ever more the British military is being used as a means to an end by money and power hungry people (Government & Big corporations). I would never join the army of today.

I won't go into the whole argument that the US created ISIS, I know the history of ISIS, the Taliban, etc. I am pretty much up to speed on that. My point is, the military is being used as a tool to create wealth for the rich.
Recruitment is done in impoverished areas where some people see it as a way out, others do see it as a way of bettering themselves, those that join to kill people are weeded out in basic training, so not all military folk are psychotic killing machines. As with any large community, you get the bad apples. once in they are obliged to carry out tasks given them, under the promise they will be looked after. Well isn't that a load of bullshit. The British government does the least possible for the armed forces, but it is getting better, thanks to pressure from organisations like the RBL and SSAFA. The publicity they have given the poor after service treatment has been immense, but much more needs to be done.

Always amused me the number of Swans who hailed Jenkins as the great messiah and he was in it for the love of the club.

I stated then, if he loved the club so much he'd have made a cash injection BEFORE they went bust. Instead he let them go under so he could pick them up on the cheap.

To his credit, he did a great job in building them up to where they are now. But for the love of the club or for a healthy profit?

Never mind, I'm sure he'll share that profit around with the businesses that were owed money........

.......for the love of the community!

I read the other day that the supporters trust was looking to sell their share in the Swans as they were afraid the Yanks would issue more shares, diluting their holding (and value). Where would that money go?
