Whatever happens, it needs to be sooner rather than later, as we have 7 games between now and Jan 2nd!! We MUST start picking up lots of points soon before we slip into the lower half of the table and get overtaken by the might 1p5wich JWM would be all over our board.
I would have got rid last week but I suppose I can understand the reluctance of the board to do so; it is so much easier for us as fans. A home defeat to Brentford just has to be the end of the road if it does not happen before - I just can't see how the board can have any faith left in him should the Bees beat us.
If we lose next Saturday and the board still steadfastly refuse to sack AN, then it shows how little respect they have for the fans who turn up in their thousands for every home game and I can imagine they'll sell fewer casual tickets.
With a captive audience of 22k season ticket holders I doubt if the fans even enter the equation. If that number was 12k or even 15k then the consideration might be a tad different.
The problem, ownership wise, is they have the majority share holding in the club, but in reality it is OUR club. Without us they would have a majority share of nothing. Time for them to face the real facts of our current situation.
Well said ocf!! Therein lies the problem for several fans that I know, as it's not just about football, but a chance for 2 or 3 generations of families, mates etc to catch up pre and post match for a few beers etc. Unless there is a drastic turnaround in our fortunes come next February, then someone on the waiting list for a season ticket is going to be lucky. Still, at least I should see a good game tomorrow evening with the under 23s in action against Swansea in the Premier League 2 and looks like there will be several hundred fans in attendance.
Interesting on twitter just now: Richard Balls @RichardBalls Norwich City form by end of Nov under Neil Adams: F 29, A 24, Pts 27. Under Alex Neil? F 29, A 30, Pts 27. Discuss #ncfc
Might be in Yellows before the game, Burger and Chips, nice. Might be able to try a Wherry now as well, been a while!
Ken Brown is normally there, he's only 80 something, but would knock the current twat into a cocked hat!
OK, might pop in after I've been to Lloyds/Queen of Iceni, as have some CAMRA vouchers to use up before Wednesday.
As if the weekend could get any worse Ed has been eliminated from Strictly which means he'll be back as Chairman full-time again.
