Dele Alli wasn't nominated for the Puskas, though. It's because he scored it in the Premier League. Allegedly.
Toby should be a shoo-in, given the competition includes Sergio Ramos and Pepe. ...oh, wait, I forgot how actually being good at defending is less important than which club's shirt you wear.
http://en.toty.uefa.com/midfielders.html Aaron Ramsey + Joe Allen : discuss. http://en.toty.uefa.com/forwards.html Oh there is going to be one angry thick fishy about that list.
Who is writing these ****ing lists? Joe Allen? Joe ****ing Allen?! I actually think that he's a decent player, but what did either of the Welshmen do to get on that list? Nonsense. Sanchez and Aguero shouldn't make the second list, either. Both good players, clearly, but the Argentinian's a striker and he was outscored by Kane and Vardy. Why's he there?
Allen's on the list more for his international performances than his club ones. He was behind pretty much everything that Wales did at the Euros - unlike Aaron Ramsey, who appeared to be playing a match in a parallel universe in every single game.
Taking a break from the PL board but I have to comment on the below before I burst....... Terry over Ledley . Mods: does this constitute cause for a ban?
Sorry....if only Ledley had knees...he missed so many games. Love you Ledley x Love how you pulled me into the office there SD, fair is fair, well played.
